Healthy Chicken Sausage & Peppers Pizza

This was so incredibly delicious that even my very-picky and slightly anti-healthy boyfriend loved it!

Ingredients:

2 chicken sausages, cooked and sliced

1 Ezekiel sprouted tortilla

Tomato sauce (enough to coat the pizza, like pizza sauce)

Green and yellow bell peppers and pickled banana peppers, or other peppers of your choice (or other veggies you like)

1/4 cup shredded cheese of choice (I chose mozzarella)

Italian herbs, garlic powder, salt, pepper – all to taste

Secret ingredient for some heat/kick: I poured a little pickled jalapeno juice into the tomato sauce and mixed it up 😉 shhhhh!

Directions:

You know the drill, or should know how to make pizza by now. Simply spread the sauce on the tortilla, sprinkle the herbs and spices you desire over the sauce, then pile on the toppings! I do the cheese last, so it melts over everything like a normal pizza.

Then just cook at 350 degrees until the crust is crispy and the cheese is melty!
