You all know I don’t take great pictures, but I do love great food. This is no exception. And it took two minutes to prepare!
Cooked chicken (you can get it from Whole Foods, or make it ahead on the weekends like I do).
Whole Foods’ cold sesame noodles with cucumber (from the salad bar; as much as you want).
Sriracha to taste
Heat chicken for one minute to warm up. Toss with noodles and Sriracha.
