Quick and Easy Salad

photoThis couldn’t be easier, but it was so delicious!

Pile around 2 cups of chopped organic Romain lettuce on a plate.

Top with:

3 slices of cut turkey breast lunch meat (organic, nitrate and nitrite free, uncured, no preservatives)

Wonderful brand sliced sea salt and black pepper almonds

Bacon bits and a dash of parm cheese

1-2 tablespoons of Newman’s (or other) balsamic vinaigrette

Enjoy!

(Note – if you’re watching your salt intake only do 2 slices of turkey breast lunch meat, or skip the bacon bits. You could also try real turkey breast meat straight off the breast for minimalists out there).
