Chicken, Bacon, Avocado Wrap

wrapI am in LOVE with all things avocado lately, and for good reason. The good fats keep cravings at bay, help me absorb vitamins, and keep my skin and hair looking great.

This is a simple wrap I whipped up in the break room at work for lunch. Just put cooked chicken (or fake meat), cooked bacon (or fake bacon), avocado or guac, and baby spinach in a spinach wrap and you’re done! I keep my wraps refrigerated to keep mold at bay, and if you microwave them for about 20 secs by themselves they are pliable and warm. I used Rudi’s gluten-free spinach for this one. Oh, and don’t forget the salsa, it makes everything better.
