Sautéed mustard greens and quinoa salad

After learning that mustard greens increase the brain’s dopamine levels I had to try them. I’ve tried every other green leafy except this one, so I thought it couldn’t be that bad. But wow, raw-it was pretty bad. They really have a bite to them and do taste like mustard. However, as I suspected, cooking them changes everything. So delicious!

Cook some sprouted quinoa like the package instructs you to, and add a little seasoning salt, set aside once cooked.

Next, sauté the greens in coconut oil with a sprinkling each of toasted sesame seeds and lemon pepper.

Combine and top with pepper to taste and enjoy!
