Raw tacos with walnut meat

Well I finally tried Kimberly Snyder’s walnut meat using a blender instead of a food processor, and Braggs aminos instead of tamari. It was too salty, but the arugula and shredded beats balanced it out.

See her website for the walnut meat recipe, and then fill some butter lettuce leaves with it and salsa. Feel free to add whatever toppings you like. Enjoy!
