Gluten-free baby bella pasta

This is great when you’re in a hurry to get dinner on the table.
Sauté onions and minced garlic in EVOO till translucent.
Add roughly chopped baby bella mushrooms for the ‘meatballs’.
Cook pasta according to instructions. I chose gluten free spaghetti that was high in fiber and protein.
Add a jar of organic pasta sauce to the veggies, then add generous amounts of dried basil and oregano. Add a dash of garlic salt.
Let simmer until your pasta is done and then serve and enjoy!
