I needed to get my fruits and veggies in for the day, but haven’t been digesting food properly due to antibiotics I’m taking after a nose job. This little drink woke me up way better than an iced coffee ever could, with no added sugar, caffeine or a crash after.
All organic ingredients:
2 celery sticks, torn in half
2 cups raw baby spinach leaves
1 small green apple, roughly chopped
1 extra small banana
2 lemon wedges, squeezed
1 stevia packet
1 pinch of ground ginger powder
2 cups – Filtered water and coconut water, mixed or pick one
Blend for 45 seconds and enjoy!
