Vegan Winter Crunch Salad

This is a modified version of a recipe I got from
2 cups chopped, raw, organic broccoli florets (small pcs)
1 cup of organic baby carrots, chopped
1 pink lady apple, chopped
3 tablespoons OJ
1/2 cup of fat-free balsamic vinaigrette
Handful of toasted, chopped walnuts (toast for 8 mins at 350) Trust me, this is worth the trouble, and adds depth and warmth to the dish.
Mix everything together until well coated. Enjoy right away or for better results, chill overnight.
By the way, one cup of this filling mixture is only around 60 calories!
