Sample New Year’s Meal Plan

Happy New Year!

Here’s a sample of my meal plan and options for this quarter. Around March or sooner, I will update it again. I do this anytime my meals start getting boring, while still trying to keep the same veggies and fruits in rotation. The reason I keep the same veggies and fruits is because I’ve done a tone of research on them and they are the highest in anti-cancer properties and vitamins, and still low in sugar.
