PB Nana Oats

I LOVE this recipe. It is the best peanut butter oatmeal I’ve ever tasted, and it’s healthier than you’d think. First of all, you can use any organic nut butter you like – tahini, raw almond or peanut. I just say pb because it’s easier to remember and easily recognizable.

Ingredients:

1/4 or more of organic rolled oats

1 small banana

Splash of water or almond milk (I like organic unsweetened vanilla almond milk for a creamy texture). Everyone likes oatmeal different so this is your call on the liquid factor.

1 tablespoon of organic nut butter

Optional: stevia, raw honey, cinnamon – whatever makes you happy.

Directions:

Combine everything, even the banana in the bowl and microwave for 1 minute or so. The bananas and peanut butter will melt into an ooey gooey yumminess that is to die for. Enjoy!
