1 can of organic BPA-free black beans
1/2 cup of cooked organic sprouted quinoa
1/3 cup of organic medium salsa (or other you prefer)
1 package of frozen organic mixed veggies
Salt, pepper,and spices to taste like curry, tumeric, chili and garlic powder.
So easy- You literally throw everything in a pot with about 2 cups of water and bring to a simmer. Then cover and reduce heat and cook for maybe 10 mins or until the green beans are tender. Viola!
If you want to make this soup extra special you could add more veggies like red and yellow bells and even cooked cabbage.
