The New Normal – No Meat or Dairy

According to the Center for Disease Control (CDC) only one-third of U.S. adults eat two or more servings of fruit a day and only one-quarter of adults eat three or more servings of vegetables a day. No wonder we are a sick, sad country of obese individuals with numerous ailments and diseases.

I have read so many reports and scientific studies on the effects of meat and dairy on our bodies and the correlations between their consumption and cancer – there is no way I can ignore the truth now. I have seen the light, and can’t ignore the facts.
